Steve has collectively over 40 years in the construction industry; 30 years in construction management and 20 years leadership in construction services. His experience, reputation, and dedication towards every job is what makes Steve and his team the best.
Steve prides himself on being a Member of the US Green Building Council, LEED AP, and an active Member of ASU Master's program Alliance in Construction Excellence.
He is an experienced owner. Always being the hands on team leader and the continuous point of contact for project owners. He is your representative.
Greg Palmer - Project Manager
Greg ia a native to Arizona, born and raised in Mesa.
His start in construction was by chance when he became engaged to a cabinetmaker's daughter. Before he was married he was enlisted to work in his father-in-law's cabinet shops, where he learned a great appreciation for building things.
Greg earned his BS in Construction Management at Brigham Young University. While in school he did internships in residential, heavy civil, and commercial construction.
Since college he has worked in various roles in construction including superintendent, cabinet designer, estimator and now as a project manager for Sterling CM.
Greg has a beautiful wife and 5 wonderful children!
Mike Taylor - Project Manager
Mike first acquired his love of construction when he was employed as a painter while working his way thru high school. Mike attended UVCC where he studied construction management.
Opportunity presented itself in the telecom industry where he gained expertise in infrastructure management and cabling in voice/data. He also spent 13 years as a branch manager for GTE/Verizon overseeing all operations.
Mike has 3 kids and 1 grandchild.He enjoys camping, golfing, wood working and cooking!
Lori Boos - Finance
Lori has over 30 years experience in the construction industry.

Lori's hobbies include her 2 Chow's and golfing.
Gary Stapley - General Superintendent
Every day people live, work, eat and play at developments Gary Stapley has been instrumental in building. The list of diverse projects he has worked on
during his 42-year career in development and construction include hotels, casinos, medical centers, public schools, office buildings, warehouse facilities, shopping centers, restaurants and other properties throughout the Southwest.
Gary works as our General Superintendent providing support and guidance to our field staff while acting as the intermediary between Project Managers and the field ensuring seamless communications and shorter timeframes.
Gary has decades of experience in all types of commercial construction and ensures our safety programs, quality control and risk management all work for the benefit of the project while ensuring our lines of communication remain clean, clear and consistent.
